NPAC Swim Groups

New Palestine Aquatics Club offers training and practice groups for swimmers of all ages and ability levels. It is the goal of NPAC to offer age specific training for all of our athletes geared towards challenging each individual and developing each individual to the best of THEIR abilities.

Swimmers are divided into groups according to their age, ability, and performance. All groups focus on proper technique, but as they progress through the levels, the intensity of the training increases.

Jump Start

This group is for first time swimmers to learn the basics of freestyle, backstroke and water safety, while developing comfort in the water. This group will train for 25 minutes once per week to build endurance and prepare the athletes for moving up to our club groups. This group will be taught by our high school swimmers and will be limited to 20 participants per session. This group will start later in the fall.
